Damon and Tracey Mayoh established a plumbing and roofing business in Agnes Water - Town of 1770 on the Queensland coast in 2000.

This successful move to this tiny Queensland town proved to be an excellent ground for the growth of a young dynamic family business.

"We were willing to take the risks involved in completing larger projects and it paid off, not in monetary value, but in our expectations of what it takes to complete a large project such as a resort style motel." said Damon Mayoh.

This included working with local and interstate construction companies. The success of these and many smaller projects has been the launchpad for a business dedicated to integrity, excellence, innovation, responsibility and leadership.

Seeing no bounds to his involvement in the building industry, Damon Mayoh has built a highly trained and motivated administration team.

With the launch of Mayoh Building Group has come the introduction of an electrical division. “These trades do compliment each other, we can then meet the needs of our customers."

Damon's father Peter Mayoh with his years of experience in the roofing industry amalgamated his successful business within the Mayoh Group this year.

The addition of other divisions is a definite possibility for this company and provides the people of Mayoh Building Group with opportunities far into the future.
